Formula Vee Race Engines

Cylinder Heads: $1600

Used heads are usually available as well. These are heads we have taken in on trade. Call to price current stock.

Carb and Intake Flow and Check: $50
We will clean, inspect, and flow your intake manifold and carburetor separately and in combination to evaluate their performance. Chris will call you with a report and a report card with flow data will be emailed to you as well. Quick turn around service time of 5 business days or less. This is usually a $100 value.

Competition Rebuild Labor: $900
If we haven't already spoken, we will call you to discuss any concerns or instructions you may have.

Basic steps through the rebuild:

• Disassemble and clean all engine components
• Flow test and evaluate heads, carb and intake manifold
• Check tolerances, inspect wear patterns, measure and weigh as applicable
• We will call to update you on the condition of the inspected engine and to advise you if there are options going forward into the rebuild
• Reassemble

Standard Parts for rebuild: $110
Includes all bearings, gaskets, seals, oil, filter and spark plugs.

Dyno: $200
No engine leaves our shop without dynoing within our exacting standards. Our high standard is proven every season when customers earn checkered flags and personal bests.

Rework Heads: price based on condition
Send us your old heads, we can clean, flow and evaluate them. Then will call you to price update options.

Clean, flow, check, cc, lap valves, regrind valves as necessary and reassemble heads: $150
This is a great between-race pick up for engine performance.

Carburetors: $500 to $700
We truly have never seen a SCCA GCR carb better than we produce.

Mike Kochanski Intake Manifolds: $1200
Top quality National manifolds. You read it right, Noble Racing along with Mike are committed to holding the line on intake manifold prices. These are as good as any GCR compliant intake we have seen. If you are like us, we are tired of the hype, Mike has done the development, we flow and dyno to confirm every intake that goes out. Pretty simple guarantee--try one, if you don’t like it, send it back for a full refund.
